Prabalmachi is a quaint little village situated half-way up a mountain (such a plateau or ledge is called a "Machi" in Marathi) hidden in the hills off the old Mumbai – Pune highway in the base of Prabalgad & Kalavantin durg. The camp-site has a farm house located on the valley point, playing ground and vast variety of flowers and fruit trees and is an ideal campsite for Prabalgad fort and Kalavantin Durg. Experience the magical sun-rise and sun-set view, Sayadri ranges, Salman Khan's gigantic farm house down the valley, Matheran hill, Gadhi River, Chanderi and Peb forts and the city of Mumbai. You can experience the twinkling lights of Panvel, Navi Mumbai and nearby areas from this altitude (1500 foot).
